Base Materials: Hot-dip galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel (SPCC), aluminum alloy, Al-Zn coated steel.

Manufacturing Process:

1. Material Cutting: Cutting sheets to standard dimensions using CNC shearing machines;

2. CNC Punching / Laser Cutting: Machining of oval display cutouts, cable entry holes, screw mounting holes, and ventilation vents;

3. Press-fitting/Riveting: Press-fitting of nuts and studs;

4. Sheet Metal Bending: Forming the cabinet sidewalls, door frames, and rounded profiles in a single bending operation;

5. Welding: Spot welding or seamless full-seam welding of cabinet corners to ensure a watertight seal;

6. Grinding and Leveling: Grinding and polishing weld seams; removing burrs and sharp edges;

7. Surface Coating/Finishing;

8. Quality Inspection, Cleaning, and Packaging for Shipment;

Precision: Dimensional tolerances for length, width, and thickness: ±0.3–0.5 mm; positional tolerances for various cutouts: ±0.2 mm; IP65 rating.

Surface Treatment:

1. Electrostatic powder coating (Colors: RAL, PANTONE, GSB05, or custom); features a thick, impact-resistant, UV-resistant, waterproof, and rust-proof finish suitable for outdoor use.

2. Liquid painting: Results in a thinner coating; offers a wide range of colors at a lower cost; lower weather resistance compared to powder coating; typically used for indoor applications or short-term use.

3. Brushed stainless steel + passivation: For stainless steel substrates only; retains the natural metallic texture; offers superior corrosion resistance; ideal for coastal regions.

4. Anodizing (aluminum alloy enclosures): Exclusive to aluminum materials; offers excellent wear resistance and heat dissipation; used for lightweight, high-end charging station enclosures.

Packaging:

1. Internal cushioning/protection: The interior walls of the cabinet are fully lined with EPE foam; extra-thick cushioning is applied to vulnerable areas—such as corners, ventilation vents, and door frame seams—to prevent damage (scratches to the paintwork or structural deformation) caused by bumps, compression, or vibration during transport.

2. Internal moisture and rust prevention: Desiccants are placed inside the cabinet to absorb condensation caused by temperature fluctuations during ocean shipping, thereby preventing the steel from rusting due to moisture. 3. Comprehensive Moisture-Proof Sealing: The entire unit is fully wrapped in PE moisture-proof and waterproof film to block the ingress of seawater mist and humidity.

4. Carton & Corner Reinforcement: The unit is encased in a heavy-duty, seven-layer export-grade corrugated carton, with solid wood corner protectors installed at all four corners to prevent damage from collisions or crushing during loading and unloading.

5. Bulk Shipment: Units are neatly stacked on heat-treated, ISPM15-compliant solid wood pallets and secured with stretch wrap; this configuration meets global customs quarantine standards for wood products and facilitates forklift handling, container stacking, and long-distance ocean transport.

6. Large-Scale Multi-Section Units: Encased in IPPC-compliant plywood crates; for these large, three-section units, we prioritize the use of sealed, fumigation-free IPPC plywood crates. These offer superior structural rigidity and sealing performance, providing enhanced shock and moisture resistance for long-haul ocean shipping while ensuring smooth customs clearance without quarantine-related delays.
