Manufacturing Process:
1. Material Cutting: Cutting sheets to standard dimensions using CNC shearing machines;
2. CNC Punching / Laser Cutting: Machining of elliptical display cutouts, cable entry holes, screw mounting holes, and ventilation holes;
3. Press-fitting (Hardware Insertion): Press-fitting of nuts and studs;
4. Sheet Metal Bending: Integrated bending to form enclosure sidewalls, door frames, and rounded profiles;
5. Blind Riveting Assembly: Fastening via blind rivets to ensure structural integrity of the assembly;
6. Surface Coating/Finishing;
7. Quality Inspection, Cleaning, Packaging, and Shipment;
Accuracy: Dimensional tolerance of appearance length, width and thickness: ±0.3~0.5mm; tolerance of various opening positions: ±0.2mm
Surface treatment:
1. Electrostatic spraying, colors: RAL, PANTONE, GSB05···Custom colors; thick paint film, bump-resistant, outdoor UV-resistant, waterproof and rust-proof
2. Spray paint (liquid paint): The paint film is thin, rich in color, and low in cost; its weather resistance is weaker than that of spray paint, and it is mostly used for short-term indoor use;

1. The inner wall of the box is fully covered with pearl cotton, and the openings and corners are buffered and protected.
